CREAMY CHEESY CHICKEN BITES (no oven, no grill)
Ingredients:-
Chicken marination-
500g boneless chicken
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
3 green chillies crushed
Salt & pepper to taste
3/4 tsp Roasted Coriander powder
3/4 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 tbsp dried Fenugreek leaves (Kasuri methi)
Half lemon
white sauce-
1 tbsp Butter
2 tsp oil
2 tbsp Plain flour
1 cup milk
salt, pepper & red chilli flakes to taste
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
coriander leaves
ROSE PUDDING/ ARABIAN MAHALABIA (without gelatine or agar agar)
For milk & rose Pudding:-
500ml milk
3 tbsp cornflour
1/2 cup sugar
1tsp rose essence
For rose Pudding:-
1 cup water
1 tbsp Cornflour
1/4 cup rose syrup/Roohafza
KESAR MALAI CAKE/ SAFFRON MILK CAKE (No butter/oil & no oven dessert)
No oil no butter!
