KOYLA CHICKEN/ CHARCOAL CHICKEN GRAVY (no, butter, no cream, no cashew)
Very rich & thick gravy for Naans, parathas or rice ♥️
Ingredients:-
For chicken marination-
1 kg chicken
300ml curd
1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
salt to taste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 tbsp Kasuri methi (dried Fenugreek)
1 tbsp Cornflour
For gravy-
2 medium onion paste
3 medium Tomato paste
salt to taste
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Cumin seeds
2 bay leaves
5 cloves
3 Cardamom
1 stick Cinnamon
2-3 tbsp oil
water as required
For charcoal flavour-
Burning hot charcoal
oil to drizzle
